Director of Change at Save the Children

Peter is currently grappling with Maths, English, Spelling and other such homeschooling delights, but until recently he worked at Save the Children UK. Joining in 2012, he led the Strategy and Performance, Legacy Marketing, Supporter Data and Operations and Partnerships and Philanthropy teams, and he finished up as Director of Change. In this role he led the project to transform Save the Children UK's Fundraising and Marketing Division, creating a more supporter-centric and more integrated operating model that went live in January 2020.
