Shannon has helped multiple charities such as Doctors without Borders (MSF), the Heart and Stroke Foundation, and the World Wildlife Foundation (WWF) in Canada develop their individual giving programs through various channels from digital and text campaigns as well as telemarketing and direct mail. She is a strong believer in harnessing digital tools to put the audience first and making them part of the charity’s community. More recently, she has been working as the Senior Individual Giving Manager at Pancreatic Cancer UK to create their regular giving program with a particular focus on engaging and cost effective digital campaigns.
