After working for the Welsh Development Agency Richard joined Capacity Marketing for Charities in 2009. He established Capacity’s Toronto office and first campaign in the USA. Now Free Wills Programme Director his focus is cold and warm donor campaigns across the UK and Ireland. Despite advice to the contrary he’s a season ticket holder at Sheffield Wednesday - a pursuit that is as bad for his carbon footprint as it is his wallet! Capacity have generated over 65,000 gifts to charities. A conservative estimate of their value is £500 million in future income.
