Director of Engagement at Anthony Nolan

Terence has worked in the not-for-profit sector for over 16 years, currently Executive Director leading the Engagement Division at Anthony Nolan to drive income, awareness and growth of the stem cell donor register.  Prior to joining Anthony Nolan, Terence built his career at Barnardo’s, Save the Children and most recently at Teach First where he was Director of Development.  Terence played a key role in developing and launching Teach First’s new organisational strategy and as part of Save the Children’s leadership team delivering significant growth across the fundraising mix, including launching the multi-million pound Christmas Jumper Day.  A committed Institute of Fundraising member, Terence was named one of Fundraising Magazine’s 25 under 35 best young fundraisers in the UK in 2016.  A keen advocate for diversity and inclusion, Terence will be championing this agenda for the 2020 convention following the mantra of “you can’t be what you can’t see”.
